Today we bring you a brand new building that hasn’t started sales yet.  It is called Paragon LIC. 

It will have 186 units across 22 floors, ranging from studios to 4-bedrooms.  What’s unusual about this building is its location - right on the waterfront of LIC, which hasn’t seen a new condo building in a while.
