Paragon LIC Exterior

Today we bring you a brand new building that hasn’t started sales yet.  It is called Paragon LIC. 

It will have 186 units across 22 floors, ranging from studios to 4-bedrooms. The interiors and finishes are among the most luxurious I’ve seen in the neighborhood.

What’s unusual about this building is its location — right on the waterfront of LIC — which hasn’t seen a new condo building in a while. It's also large enough to support a full amenities package.
