550 West 21st Street

This month, we are excited to introduce an upcoming new project in West Chelsea's gallery district to you.  Rising 23 stories above the southeast corner of West 21st Street and the Hudson River Greenway, 550 West 21st Street brings Danish architect Thomas Juul-Hansen's design to the heart of West Chelsea.  The building topped out in June and is on track for completion in mid-2027, with sales launching later this year.  Get in touch with us if you want a sneak peek first!
