A major new project is coming to the West Village.  This project will feature two towers rising from a podium that houses a large retail component. With 130 residences, the focus is on larger units—more than 60% will be three-bedrooms or larger. Interestingly, there will be only two one-bedroom units, while a solid number of studios will round out the mix—a noticeable shift from the typical one-bedroom-heavy designs of most new condos.  Please reach out to me for more information!
